Coolest H2o Fountain EVER!
This spacey looking device is a real working public rain water filtering system called SKYWATER, developed in South korea. Rain is nerveless from the ring and sent to holding tanks underground. When the flexible house is manipulated, water is sent back up thru the filtration system and out comes fresh drinking water. I have no idea why it looks the fashion it does but aesthetics aside, this is about the coolest water fountain I've ever seen.
